Sometimes, you may need to deactivate or pause your ads temporarily. This guide outlines the steps to effectively manage your listings on Vivastreet, whether you want to take a break or make updates.

Deactivating Your Ad

If you no longer want your ad to be visible on the platform:

• Log in to your account: Access your Vivastreet account by signing in on the homepage.
• Go to My Ads: Navigate to the “My Ads” section from your profile dashboard.
• Select the ad: Find the ad you wish to deactivate and click on the “Deactivate” button next to it.
• Confirm deactivation: Follow the prompts to confirm your choice. Your ad will no longer be visible to users.

Pausing Your Ad

If you want to temporarily remove your ad but plan to reactivate it later:

• Access My Ads: From your profile dashboard, click on “My Ads” to view your listings.
• Select the ad: Locate the ad you want to pause and click on the “Pause” button.
• Confirm pause: Follow any additional prompts to confirm that you want to pause the ad.
• Note: Pausing an ad means it will not be visible to potential buyers until you reactivate it.
